TranSpec spectrometer modules type MC with either 512 or 1024 diodes
The TranSpec MC spectrometer modules provide a photodiode array with either 512 or 1024 pixel. These modules are used specially for high-resolution spectrometry measuring tasks, such as for the Plasma Emission Measurement.

The MC-NIR module is assembled to our FTM-Lite NIR film thickness gauge.

TranSpec spectrometer modules type MS with 256 diodes
Compared to the MC-modules, the MS module are pretty small. All MS spectrometer modules provide a photodiode array with 256 pixel. These modules are used for measurement tasks where only less spectral resolution is required.

The MS-VIS module is assembled to our FTM-Lite VIS film thickness gauge.
