Engineer's Office for Applied Spectroscopy was founded in 1994 by the owner and CEO, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thomas Fuchs. The main business activities is film thickness measurement and plasma emission monitoring using our TranSpec spectrometers and FTM-Lite gauges, which have been developed and are manufactured exclusively for our company. The company is located in Aalen, about 70 kilometers (50 miles) in the east of Stuttgart:
